USPS
We use USPS First Class Mail for most free shipping packages. This service has a delivery timeframe of only 1-3 days within the 48 states. All of our packages ship from the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Service within California is typically 2-days, the rest of the continental United States is 3-days. Orders placed with Priority Shipping will see a time savings of only 1-day on average for the east coast.
UPS and FedEx
If shipped with UPS or FedEx, we typically see deliveries in 1-2 days for the west coast (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and Utah). The remaining states have delivery times between 3-5 days.
Express Shipping
We will try to have your express orders shipped out at the beginning of each day. We reserve the right to reselect shipping options to faster services to get your products as quickly as we can. A scenario like this would be if a customer selected USPS Express shipping on a Thursday, we may elect to ship it with FedEx Express shipping because the USPS package would take 2-days the FedEx one would only take 1-day for an identical price.
